For nearly 30 years, Kevin has been a leader in commercial and residential real estate development, sales, and marketing. His development, construction, leasing, and purchasing experience allows him to identify, negotiate and manage the purchase of assets in a variety of categories, to satisfy the investment goals of a variety of real estate investors. Kevin served as a commissioned officer in the United States Army from 1977-1983, resigning at the rank of Captain and having served as the youngest Aviation Company Commander in the Army. Kevin graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a BS in Engineering in 1977.

Owner and President of the largest commercial Tenant Representation firm in Southern California with 100 employees in Los Angeles, Newport Beach, and San Diego. Widely regarded as one of the nation's leading commercial real estate brokers.

1983-1985  Trammell Crow Company, Vice President
Leasing of a 5 million square foot portfolio of commercial office properties in Dallas, Texas, while Trammell Crow was the nation's leading developer.
