Kevin John Hayes, Sr.
PRESIDENT
For nearly 30 years, Kevin has been a leader in commercial and residential real estate development, sales, and marketing. His development, construction, leasing, and purchasing experience allows him to identify, negotiate and manage the purchase of assets in a variety of categories, to satisfy the investment goals of a variety of real estate investors. Investment returns have been extraordinary in most investments, regardless of the market timing.
After graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a BS in Engineering in 1977, Kevin served as a commissioned officer in the United States Army from 1977-1983, resigning at the rank of Captain and having served as the youngest Aviation Company Commander in the Army. He joined the Trammell Crow Company in Dallas, Texas, in 1983, at the time, the largest commercial development company in the United States, where he contributed to the development of two iconic 50-story office buildings. Roger Staubach then asked him to join The Staubach Company as an early partner, and Kevin helped grow the organization to become the largest tenant-representation firm in the world. After serving as President of the Staubach Company West Region, and then as CEO of a successor organization Cresa Partners, Kevin returned to his passion of developing world-class real estate assets in 2005.
Since forming West Point Investment Corporation, Kevin has been devoted to the acquisition and development of rare luxury real estate assets in extremely special corners of the United States. By investing in assets that are impossible to replicate, and improving upon them, his investors are assured there will always be demand for such scarce and opportunistic investments.
