Former Winter Home of President Gerald R. Ford

In what can be described as an historical renovation, this 10,000-square-foot ski-in/ski-out home was owned and developed originally by President Ford. It was used exclusively by the Ford Family for 25 years before Kevin Hayes placed this home under contract on December 26, 2006, just three hours before the 38th President of the United States passed away. The home was tastefully renovated to respect the former President and First Lady, and remains the most beloved home in the Beaver Creek Resort, filled with stories of historical significance.
