A landmark achievement prior to forming West Point Investment Corporation, Kevin Hayes led and managed all aspects of design, construction, and entitlements to complete this 400,000-square-foot headquarters building, currently known as Verizon Engineering Headquarters.  This project was completed using extremely progressive design/build techniques and the entire project was completed in 15 months from conception to move-in.
